Reverse Hand Push-ups

The reverse hand pushup is an exercise that exerts pressure on your biceps. It involves you focusing your entire body weight on your arm. It is quite challenging so be prepared.

How to perform a reverse hand push-up

  • First, take a standard push-up position
  • Then slowly rotate your arms outward till your fingers are pointed toward your toes
  • Move your hands a few inches toward your feet and ensure you are comfortable, but keep your hands straight.
  • Engage your core
  • Slowly go low towards the ground. You may not be able to go too low since your wrist and forearms may not be flexible enough yet. You don’t have to force yourself to go extremely low.
  • Maintain the position for two seconds, then push yourself back up.
  • Repeat the whole procedure
