One Arm Push-ups

One arm push-up [2] is a workout that involves just one arm lifting the body’s weight. This exercise can be extremely difficult to do.
How to perform a one arm push-up
- First, take a standard push-up position
- Take one arm and put it behind your back leaving your other arm inclining you to the ground
- Engage your core
- Slowly lower yourself until you are close to the ground. Ensure your back is straight and your body parallel to the ground
- Maintain the position for two seconds, then push yourself up
- Repeat step from the third step to the fifth
- Ensure to switch arms after a number of reps, so both biceps get a dose.
