One Leg Test Balance

This helps to increase the balance and stability of the muscles in the body, because it mimics the original gaits and movements. Researchers have discovered that the ability to stand on one leg for at least 10 seconds indicates how good or bad the overall health of the person is.

Steps: Place your hands on your hips and stand on your feet hip-width apart. Move your weight to the left foot and raise your right foot a few inches off the ground. Then stand in that position for 30 seconds and switch sides to the other foot. Repeat this process 2-3 times.
