One leg 3-way kick

This exercise also helps to stabilize the proprioception of the human body.
Steps: Stand with feet hip-width apart and place your hands on the hips. After that stand on your left foot and raise your right foot 2-3 inches off the ground and stretch forward. Do this for at least 2-3 seconds and return to the starting stage. Follow the exact process and change the standing foot. Continue for about 3-4 times.
