Plan How Much Time You’ll Need

You may need anywhere from 30 to 60 minutes for your morning routine, depending on how many tasks it involves. For example, you might want to write out a routine for your morning that can look this way. Remember, it doesn’t have to essentially be like this but have it as a sample.
6:00 AM: Wake up, brush teeth
6:30 AM: Exercise
7:00 AM: Breakfast
Through this procedure, it’s quite easier to set out our activities for the day and be focused. This helps to avoid unnecessary events which can be avoided in a day.
