Raw sprouts

Choosing a healthy salad may contain components that aren’t entirely pure. Salmonella may be present in raw sprouts, such as those made from mung bean, alfalfa, clover, and radish.
These types of bacteria flourish in the moist conditions needed by seeds to begin sprouting, and they are nearly impossible to remove with regular washing.
This is why it is best to completely stay away from raw sprouts. On the other hand, the FDATrusted Source claims that sprouts are safe to eat after being cooked.
