Medicare and employer insurance
Original Medicare comprises Part A and Part B. It provides basic medical and hospital coverage, like how many employer health plans do. The purpose of one plan is not to replace the other. The two plans can work together to cover the costs of all your healthcare needs. Medicare can work with employer benefits to cover all your healthcare needs and pay for most, or all your medical expenses.
