Toothache

The misalignment of the temporomandibular joint can cause pain in the teeth [4] that can be dull, sharp, sporadic, or constant. This happens when muscles contract and become stiff, irritating the trigger points. Toothache symptoms of TMJ are similar to other types of toothache, so you may not relate it to the condition. This can be treated with over-the-counter pain relievers. Do not eat any hard foods and avoid any activity that puts pressure on your teeth and jaws to avoid worsening your symptoms.
Muscle spasms
When there is a misalignment of the TMJ, it puts pressure on muscles to manage the imbalance. This can cause the neck and back muscles to overwork themselves, resulting in numbness or a tingling feeling. You may also experience painful contractions from the time to time, known as muscle spasms.
