Allergic to Electricity: Is It Possible?

Is It Possible to Be Allergic to Wi-Fi?

Wi-Fi EMFs have been linked to hypersensitivity in some people. Wi-Fi allergies, however, are not actual. There isn’t much proof that people can have an allergy to Wi-Fi frequencies.

Furthermore, study hasn’t discovered any conclusive evidence of a connection between EHS symptoms and Wi-Fi.

Signs of Electrosensitivity

The alleged signs and symptoms of EHS vary in form and intensity and are non-specific. They include:

  • Headaches[3]
  • Skin problems
  • Musculoskeletal pain  [4]
  • Sleep disorder
  • Mood problems
  • Dizziness
  • Memory problems
  • Difficulty focusing
  • A sense of heat in one’s face

Some persons who claim to have EHS claim that certain items, such as cell phones or computers, are to blame for their symptoms.

Research, however, has ruled out symptoms resulting from EHS. The aforementioned symptoms and EMF exposure have not been linked in studies. Instead, experts think that unidentified medical or mental disorders could be the cause of symptoms of EHS.
