There are several factors responsible for disruption of a good night sleep. Street noise, caffeine, worrying about the activities of the next day are things that can interfere with night sleep. These factors are heightened in highly sensitive people.
People that look at the world in a more critical way and try to analyze everything that happens to them are termed highly sensitive people. It is imperative for everyone to get at least 6 hours sleep in a day. However, highly sensitive people need to get more than enough sleep to avoid breaking down.
