- Kneel on a gym mat and bring your feet together
- Place your palms on the floor and your hands far enough from your knees.
- Engage your core
- Shift your hands a little closer to each other
- Lower your body to the floor by bending your elbows
- Push into the floor and raise your body back to the starting position
