The Break-dancer

The break-dancer exercise is very challenging and an effective way to build your biceps and abs.
How to perform break-dancer
- Sit on the floor with your legs stretched in front and place your arms by your side.
- Press down the floor to lift your body off the floor
- Swing your leg around to one side. Raise your palm on that side so your leg passes through.
- Swing your leg around the other side. Lift your palm on that side to let your legs pass, with your legs back in front
- Repeat the whole process again.
