Chin-ups

Chin-up is a type of pull-up [7] that engages your biceps more.
How to perform chin-ups
- Grab your bar and grip with your hands slightly apart and palm facing backward.
- Lift yourself off the ground with your core engaged
- Pull yourself up by pulling your elbows down and tightening your biceps
- Pull until your chin passes the bar
- Maintain for two seconds and slightly lower yourself
- Repeat steps 2 to 5
