Corn starch is a processed corn product produced from corn. It is a generally modified (GM) corn. It does not have a nutritional value and it has all the negative effects associated with GMO foods. It is often used as an additive in numerous products and as a processed food. It has negative effects on the digestive system. The negative health effects of corn starch have been known since the 1970s. The introduction of GMO corn has worsened negative effects.
