Hydration

Drinking water can help relieve muscle cramp. You can prevent muscle cramps by making sure you stay hydrated, especially if you exercise regularly or the weather is hot. The amount of water to drink per day depends on certain things, such as your individual needs, lifestyle, weather, and activities.
According to the Food and Nutrition Board, there is a healthy guideline for total water intake, including the water you get from beverages and food.
The report showed that about 80% of the water we need can be derived from beverages such as plain water and 20 percent from the foods we eat.
