Sesame Seeds and Edamame

Small, fiber-rich sesame seeds are frequently used in Asian cuisine to give foods a delicate crunch and nutty flavor.
They also contain a lot of essential nutrients, including phytoestrogens.
It’s interesting to note that a tiny 2006 study discovered that postmenopausal women’s estrogen levels may be impacted by consuming sesame seed powder.
For five weeks, each participant in the study consumed 50 grams of sesame seed powder. Along with raising estrogen activity, this also reduced blood cholesterol levels.
